When crisis or tragedy touches the workplace, organizations and the individuals that comprise them are impacted.   Employees and their families can experience significant emotional, behavioral and interpersonal consequences following traumatic events. Physical health can also be effected.  The cost to business, in the form of lost productivity and human error, can be significant and sometimes devestating.

With over twenty five years of experience, we provide trauma response and critical incident stress management services to manage the human impact of crises and disasters.  Our activities range from crisis and grief support following a critical incident, to pre- and post- incident evaluations, consultations and trainings, to help organizations to both prepare and learn from the incidents that have impacted them.

As a natural outgrowth of our work with organizations impacted by crisis, we also provide organizational development services, conflict management consultations, as well as trainings and workshops, to address issues related to employee behavior in the workplace, employee work performance and productivity.

Our Remote Support Program assists businesses to support their personnel in international and remote locations during difficult times, with limited consultant travel and on-going supportive contact via telephone and video conferencing.  Frequent business travelers have also utilized the Remote Support Program, to address personal issues with minimal interruption to travel schedules.
